RETURN POLICY

 

Items purchased on mimiamo.com and shipped to a Korea address may be returned to Mimiamo for return or exchange within 7 days from the date you receive your order.  Returns and exchanges are only accepted on unworn, unaltered items with tags attached and returned in original packaging (Mimiamo box and/or pouch). 

Please email customerservice@mimiamo.com for return requests. Please provide your Name, Address, Order Number and Reason for Return. Returns will only be accepted with a Return Authorization Number clearly labeled on the package. Approved returns will be credited for the purchase price of your item. We do not refund shipping charges, unless we have sent an item in error. We cannot accept returns for merchandise purchased anywhere other than mimiamo.com.

 

Return shipping and insurance is the responsibility of the customer. Customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges on any bounced or undeliverable packages. 

Please contact our customer department by emailing customerservice@mimiamo.com if you have any further questions. Customers will be contacted within 24 hours to organize a collection.

We prefer that items are returned to us via our own service so that they are protected and insured. You can return using any secure means, but we may not accept liability. Please return to the following address:

For international orders, Mimiamo does not accept returns on any orders shipped to addresses outside of the Republic of Korea. All purchases shipped outside of the Republic of Korea are Final Sale. Once shipped, international orders cannot be cancelled. Special orders cannot be cancelled. Refused international shipments will be abandoned and will not be refunded.

 

 

RECEIVING A REFUND

 

Your refund will be credited to the original payment method.

Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and sent back to the customer.

 

REPEATED RETURNS

We offer a flexible returns policy to make your online shopping experience even easier. We do monitor the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion or lead to the closure of your Mimiamo account.

 

LATE RETURNS

Your purchase should be sent back to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns outside of this period may be accepted at the discretion of Mimiamo.
