1. ORDER

 

CAN I ORDER FINE JEWELRY AT MIMIAMO.COM? 

 

You can buy any item from our online store. However some pieces are made on order basis due to their unique characteristics. Order basis products will have a longer delivery window of around four weeks. The mention ‘order basis’ is indicated on the product description when the item is concerned.

 

CAN I CHANGE OR AMEND MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

 

Before your purchases have been prepared for dispatch we can cancel an item, change the size or edit your billing and shipping details. However, we are unable to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed. If you need to make any amendments, please send email to customerservice@mimiamo.com.  

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your air waybill number to track your package. If you have registered, you can also follow the progress of your delivery by signing into your account and selecting My Account followed by Order Status.

2. JEWELRY SIZE

 

HOW CAN I DETERMINE MY RING SIZE?

 

Our rings are available in sizes 5 to 10 depending on the model. We recommend that you download our Mimiamo ring size chart to double-check your ring size before ordering.

Please refer to the conversion table below to see ring size equivalents for ASIA, the USA and the EUROPE.

 

DO YOU HAVE DIFFERENT BRACELET AND CUFF SIZE?

 

Our bangles, bracelets and cuffs are available in XS to XL size. We recommend that you download our Mimiamo bracelet chart to double-check your bracelet and cuff size before ordering.

 

DO NECKLACES AND PENDANT NECKLACES COME IN DIFFERENT LENGTHS?

 

Our necklaces and chain necklaces come in different lengths. The length and width of the necklaces differ depending on the style of the line. Please check product descriptions on the product pages for sizing details.

To re-set your password, follow the 'FORGOTTEN PASSWORD' instructions on the SIGN IN page. Please note, for security reasons we are unable to send your old password via email.

  

WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES OF SETTING UP AN ACCOUNT? 

 

Having a personal account makes buying items from our Mimiamo e-shop so easy for following reasons:

Personal information and order history are saved. Customer will receive exclusive offers and promotional code. Customer will have a record of your order history and be able to download invoices at any time.

 

WHAT DO I DO IT I WANT TO UNSUBSCRIBE TO NEWSLETTER

 

When you set up your account you will be given the option of subscribing to our newsletter.

Should you subscribe to our newsletter and subsequently change your mind simply click on the link to unsubscribe at the bottom of any newsletter you have received. By doing this you will no longer receive our newsletters. Your account will remain as before.

 

 

4. DELIVERY

 

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE, AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

 

Costs and shipping times usually depend on the delivery address. For information on delivery and shipping charges to your destination, view our Shipping and Returns.

 

IS MY PACKAGE INSURED AND DO I NEED TO SIGN FOR MY ORDER?

 

All your purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage for certain amount whilst in transit from Fedex to your shipping address. Once your package has been delivered and signed for at your specified address, it is no longer covered. Please check Fedex shipping policy for More information.

 

DOES MIMIAMO SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

 

We are only able to deliver to one address per order. If you would like to send your purchases to multiple addresses, we suggest that you place a separate order for each destination.

  

WHAT IS YOUR DELIVERY ZONE FOR ORDERS?

 

All items ordered via our e-shop are delivered worlwide using Fedex. Please find the list of countries here.

 

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS URGENT?

 

Mimiamo recommends that you choose one of our Fedex Priority delivery options. For information on delivery and shipping options to your destination, view our Shipping and Returns Please tell us if your order is urgent by contacting us at customerservice@mimiamo.com so that we can do our very best to ensure that your order gets to its destination in time.

 

 

5. JEWELRY CARE GUIDE

 

WHAT SHOULD I DO TO PROTECT MY JEWELRY?

 

Store your jewelry separately inside a pouch or a box. Take care to protect the stones from knocks and scratches. Silver jewelry oxidises naturally with air and humidity. Occasional cleaning with a special cloth will keep the silver shiny and remove the oxidation. In order to best avoid oxidation, keep your silver jewelry in a closed bag that is protected from the air.

 

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY JEWELRY IS DAMAGED OR BROKEN?

 

In the first instance we recommend that you email us at customerservice@mimiamo.comWe provide a free repairs service for one year from the date of purchase (till receipt required). This service is free as long as the damage is the result of normal wear and tear and/or because there is a manufacturing fault. Once this guarantee period has expired our after-sales team offers a paying repairs service where possible. You will be provided with a quote for the anticipated repairs which will need your confirmation prior to any repairs being undertaken by us.

6. RETURN & EXCHANGE

 

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

 

You have 7 days to decide whether to keep your items and we will collect from your home, work or alternative address for free. Please notify us of this request by emailing customerservice@mimiamo.com. View more information. The item must not have been worn, have any signs of wear and tear or have been altered in any way. Nor must it have been washed or show signs of damage. It must be returned in its original packaging. Please send your item of jewelry with proof of purchase to the following address:

WILL I BE REFUNDED THE FULL VALUE OF MY ORDER?

 

If your order has been sent to a destination within the Republic of Korea, all sales taxes will be refunded. A refund credited directly to your bank account or PayPal account depending on your original method of payment. The refund amount will amount to the cost of the returned product without penalties except for the cost of shipping and returns which shall be borne by you. Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. An email will be sent to you confirming that your purchase has been refunded.

7. PAYMENT

 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES MIMIAMO ACCEPT AND IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ONLINE? 

 

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit and debit cards. You can also choose to pay with PayPal. All payments are processed through a secure checkout system provided by 2CHECKOUT. First-time orders must also be sent to the cardholder's billing address or work address. This process is not only for your security but so we can verify your details independently. To ensure that you don't experience any delays to your order, please make sure all your details are entered correctly.

 

HOW MUCH DUTIES AND TAXES WILL I HAVE TO PAY?

 

If you are shipping within the Republic of Korea, all local sales tax are included on all orders (where applicable). All prices displayed on the website except KRW are exclusive of taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, sales tax and customs duty (where applicable) will be calculated on the total merchandise value and shipping charges, and displayed on the Order Summary page.  Most countries are shipped on a DTN (Duty & Taxes Now) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties are included in the final purchase price. 

Whereas when a DTD (Duty & Taxes upon Delivery) destination is selected, the product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. So once your order arrives at its destination you will be required to pay all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to, in order to release your order from customs.

8. PERSONALIZATION

 

CAN I PERSONALIZE MY PURCHASE?

 

Some Mimiamo jewelry can be personalized by engraving a name, sentence, date or drawing (space and technical constraints permitting). We invite you to have a look at this document to discover the different suggested fonts and iconic symbols. We can also consider another font or another symbol upon request. After determining the feasibility of your customized engraving, a sketch would be provided to validate it. Personalized engraving is available upon request on the following jewelry:
